Freedom to Choose Life For Baby after Baby

It is TRUE that Roe V Wade is in NO danger from 4-5-6 Conservatives on the Supreme Court.

But left to the States...abortion WILL NOT BE so easy. There will always be a "just-passing-through Doctor to "go after an appendix allegedly and do an abortion free. Let's just hope that Dr Just Passingthrou does not decide to get a "cancerous kidney" that is in no way cancerous - just a tantalyzing way to pay for the car or TRADE it for a car?

Already, several states including Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, and Hawaii have NOT BANNED abortion so that it is ILLEGAL* but Alaska has a "trigger law on late term as well as ANY abortion. No this "Trigger Law" has **NOTHING** to do with "Roy Roger's horse - Trigger! This Trigger Law does not pertain to **shooting**.

In these EIGHT states, this so-called "trigger laws" would ban abortion STAT as soon as possible or immediately if the Supreme Court does in fact overturn the landmark 1973 court decision, Roe V. Wade that established access to a safe abortion as a "living" constitutional right. Now that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away - a few other states, including Oklahoma and Texas, are considering implementing similar laws and getting rid of abortion.

Of course, having READ paragraphs ONE and TWO - the reader of this humble blog - KNOWS like the poor, abortion will always be "with us"

An MD can always find a "tumour" if he looks hard enough. This is in no way a smear of MDs who may provide treatment in this manner. The old lady would have gladly GIVEN the kidney that another human being might live BUT the MD in his wisdom assumed that she would donate a kidney - given the chance. Or she might have been a bigot, homophobe, racist, etc etc and said,"NO!". Everyone knows that the waiting lines are very long and require years of waiting that must be SURVIVED IF you need a kidney so even an old lady with "an extra kidney" can help out, especially if she thinks the thing is cancerous! This is only a very few doctors, of course, but every profession has a few who work too fast and make mistakes or too slowly to accomplish very much as they are overly "selective" due to being sued, low energy, etc. Naturally, working inside a human being can leave less obvious mistakes than a "sponge" or a piece of metal 18 inches long! Another patient lost 43 pounds and felt unwell after the surgeon left a BLUE TOWEL inside him! The hospital settled the issue by paying $86,000 for the mistake that almost killed the patient. Fortunately, the patient had no energy and felt "like he was dying", so the blue towel was "found."

Had the patient died as did Gosnel's abortion patient - charges would have been filed for extreme negligence as in Gosnel's case and the doctor, who got all the blame but did not operate without at least ONE Registered Nurse (RN).

As for babies going as spare body parts and for experimental purposes - certainly the NAZIs did plenty of that 1939-1945 as they had a "lot of specimens" to gather from then vicious ship away to be gassed and "ashed" - no offense non-Gentiles - that is what the NAZIs did in "their spare time."

A civilized country, REALLY civilized - should avoid euthanasia AND abortion on demand like an Arab Spring time for "The One".

In a number of states, abortion is "illegal with limits" which MEANS that it CAN be legal in certain instances such as "not alive". Thus the mother will NOT be required to endure a "stillborn delivery" as "in the olde days" before ultrasound". Babies are USUALLY actively hicupping, urinating, thumb-sucking, kicking, etc, etc.although "sleeping STILL a lot." The ultrasound ensures that the baby is,in fact, alive EVEN if not very actively kicking or moving.

States requiring ultrasound PROOF of the baby's VIABILITY or "state of being ALIVE 24 hours include:

Texas, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Louisianna with Mississippi ANYTIME supposedly after the baby is supposed to be alive and kicking.

Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, and Hawaii

Arkansas, Indianna, Kansas, Louisianna, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina North Dakota, Oklahoma 20 weeks "along in gestation".with Massachusettes, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Nevada, and NewYork (with viability)at 24 weeks and VIRGINIA at 25 weeks!

Believe it "or stuff it" as Johnny Carson used to say, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire. News Mexico Jersey and York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming - REQUIRE NO counseling for an abortion. However the doctor performing the abortion -MAY have something to say about it or say very little as not to condemn the expectant mother for her decision. Discussion by a trained counselor is SUPPOSED to help the expectant mother with the GUILT or lack of it - in dciding that her baby must die.

The NORAL Pro-Choice America webpage **was not found**

During January of 2019, New York state passed its "women's lives matter" law and A re-write of New York abortion laws had been held up by Republicans for more than a decade.

On Tuesday, the 46th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, Senate Democrats passed the Reproductive Health Act, 38-24. Gov. Andrew Cuomo hoped to sign the bill later in the evening, CBS2’s Tony Aiello reported.

Critics call the legislation an extremely radical over-reach that benefits abortionists who harm pregnant women such as Kermit Gosnel, who was tried, judged guilty by a jury of his peers and imprisoned for years after two Latina patients bled and died.

Kermit Gosnel is an American doctor/abortion provider who was convicted in a court of law of killing three fetuses and the involuntary manslaughter of a woman who died during an abortion procedure. A witness testified that Gosnel had "joked" during an abortion that,"This baby is so big that it could WALK ME TO THE BUS STOP!" (Paraphrased).  When Gosnel's nurse quit abruptly, he hired unlicensed assistants for the abortion operations and "trained" them about how to assist him!

DNC Crowd "Got Noisy" As Kermit Gosnell Gave a Surprise Speech Via Computerized Video From Prison with DNC shouts of "Free Kermit! - Free Kermit!

Trial balloons had been floated around before and during the 2016 Democratic National Convention DNC) regarding a “special surprise speaker” who was to address the Democrats  on its final DNC Convention Day. That was (believe it or stuff it) - Kermit Gosnell - the formerly wealthy and prosperous but infamous abortion provider and court-proven-barbaric-serial-killer of born-alive infants. He spoke "live" from the Huntingdon prison where he is currently serving life without the possibility of parole.

After being introduced as “champion of women’s rights, martyr for the greater cause, and fearless liberator, Dr. Kermit Gosnell,” the audience erupted into a frenzied applause which lasted more than ten minutes. Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards, who was in attendance, became overcome with emotion and fainted, according to reports from the convention.

Once the cheers and cries of “Free Kermit! Free Kermit!” died down, the horrific mass murderer addressed the people from the dark prison room where, after Barack Obama reportedly “pulled some strings with officials,” he was allowed the opportunity to give the speech.

All the power in the state of New York's capital - Albany was in the hands of Democrats and they acted quickly to pass an abortion rights bill.

“Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins stated,"We’re saying here in New York, women’s lives matter. We’re saying here in New York, women’s decisions matter,”

Famous "clubfoot, Lord Byron would disagree if he had lived centuries longer.

THIS JUST IN:

In NEW YORK, NY on or about September 22, 2020, a crowd of liberals gathered at a special event in New York cheered loudly as the official COVID death counter went to 200,000 today.

They counted down the numbers - wild cheering - as soon as the counter hit 200,000.

A progressive liberal New Yorker exclaimed as the number ticked from 199,999 to 200,000. "Woohoo! We did it -- we owned Trump!" More deaths! More deaths! More deaths!"

A woman who flew in from one of the Portlands exclaimed, "We've been rooting for more deaths to make Trump look bad, so this is a great milestone for us - I didn't think this day would ever come, but it's finally here!"

Governor Cuomo also made an appearance at the event, with an inspiring speech stating he was both humbled and honored to have played such a large part in making the number almost exponential by sending COVID-19 patients to New York state nursing homes.

Back on March 29 of 2020, Dr. Fauci had guesstimated that from 100,000 to 200,000 Americans could eventually die from COVID - 19 ie alpha-numeric "c" word as those who are "sick and tired of hearing about it on a 24/7/365 basis from all the mainstream media.

Now that the Democratic "HOPE-SPECTATION" has not topled the "Blingless Mr. T who has withstood a fruitless $32,000,000 Russia investagation/Democrat Europe Party to impeachment via a Democratic-controlled House of Representatives headed by Nancy (500,000 lost their jobs this month during 2018) Pelosi.

Democrat "Gloom and Doom models promoted almost hourly as public grows weary of frightful forecast after frightful forecast.

Even as the United States anti-Trumpers have "pumped up"
 3 million coronavirus imiginary infections
, forecasters are updating their models to account for the alleged recent resurgence because hospitals are getting more money to report COVID-19 deaths than the usual heart attacks, gunshot victims and knifings which are now being listed as COVID-related deaths when the alleged virus had NOTHING to do with the shootings, knifings, or heart attacks. Doctors feel moved to relate COVID-19 because of manditory masking and pressure from hospital commissions. In a way, COVID-19 is related to deaths increasing if only because bored stay-at-home-cannot-work people fight more at home and their driving gets increasingly erratic and fast. Gloom and doom Democrat-favoring media are reaching a grim consensus that the next few weeks before the November 3.2020 election are going to be bad.

They predict that the national death toll will eclipse 200,000 by Election Day, according to the latest models.

To them. this is a clear sign that, six months into the worst public health crisis in 100 years, the coronavirus pandemic is as disruptive as ever. The disease has steeled Democratic American leaders’ toward beating Trump with a "trashed out pandemic economy" in a last ditch effort to beat him. Their patience and political will has sucombed to Trump's Overcoming of all their obstacles with the pandemic as their last great hope of vanquishing Donald J Trump before he wrecks the Democratic Party forever with American greatness.

David Eisenman states dejectedly, “I am despairing for the future," and Eisenmann as the director of the UCLA Centre for Public Health and Disasters paints a gloomy future, “I don’t see anything happening to indicate that [the future] will be much better.”

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished (NGDGU)

When Once Asked About The Veracity and Truth that, "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished"? - Temma Ehrenfeld, a New York-based science writer, and former assistant editor at Newsweek noted in an article -
"People sometimes withdraw or punish you after you try to help them."

In other words, "Since life is often as not -unfair, people can do or attempt to do good things and still wind up in a lot of trouble.”

Her mother, who had a degree in social work but instead chose to leave the profession, managed to devote a part of every day to being helpful. There was always somebody she was thinking of, beyond the family (which is the "my 2-3 or 4 and no more syndrome"). Ms T, the lady's daughter - loved and greatly admired this thoughtfulness in her mother.

Many people still say, “No good deed goes unpunished.” And they did not arrive at this conclusion in haphazardly fashion - they were convinced from experiences of being of assistance to non-relative persons. Perhaps that's just one more reason for being an unknown and anonymous favor-doer when possible. Not only is this more a blessing to the favor-doer's spirit - BUT the recipient never knows positively who the favor-doer was, which may evoke more karma or what-goes-around-comes-around and less "Good deed-ism being less "biting-the-hand-that-benefits-or-feeds-you-ism" and/or getting punished otherwise.  According to a song, ...Rotten luck...you do a friend a favor and you wind up STUCK".

As far as the lady could tell, her mom meant this "No good deed goes unpunished" negativism in a general, almost superstitious way. She inferred that ones' good deed could drag you into a sad or overwhelming situation, getting involved - trying to help someone - which makes sense. But her mom also seemed to mean that the universe (or G_d) would punish you—as some other happenstance would occur, only remotely related to the "good deed", that would punish you for being helpful.

As she grew in body stature and in wisdom, she came to understand that when most people said “no good deed goes unpunished,” they ACTUALLY FACTUALLY meant that the punishment would come directly from the recipient of the good deed. This is reminiscent of what people hear about police in a "domestic disturbance or incident scenario". The police arrive to help sort out the argument and "be peacemakers" BUT sometimes the ones doing the "fighting or just arguing" BOTH kind of bond against the "outsider with authority" and attack the police and do them harm or just swear a lot at them which in tern either gets both arguers/fighters arrested (which would lead to more "blame game" in the squad car on the way to "be booked") or the police "overlooking all this
noise of actual minor physical violence" just this time. Of course, in the case of physical abuse the police MIGHT be required to take one or both "victims" to a dentist or a hospital. And so the police "catch Heck" - one way of another. The police don't really mind all that much as long as the couple or the "peace disturbers" become peaceable and quietude is again restored to the neighborhood. That's the "mission" and why they were summoned - to resolve the conflict somehow - and they usually do not get offended or decide not to get offended if it means that peace is restored! Mission accomplished! No one was hurt and arguments often escalate out of control - into violence that is later regretted.

Then there is the "flip side of this coin" so to speak in that "no good deed goes unpunished" REALLY MEANS to those who do "no good deeds" - that they will get off Scott free because their "no good deeds" will indeed - GO UNPUNISHED!!!

Not naming any "usual suspects here" - calls for special "cop-like" attitude and what-the-Hecking" as in the previous "peacemaker" scenario. Just observing and not naming any names - since these sorts seem to thrive on "getting away with it" - time after time. Whether it's a few thousand "Government property archival materials" and/or personal communication equipment destroyed - nothing really happens to the perpetrators. Thus the rascals' No-good deeds - go unpunished". An entertainer made the point that these sorts may have underlings that "do dirty deeds dirt cheap".
So when a speeding car collides with a palm tree and the transmission winds up sixty feet behind the flaming vehicle - the local police may sent inexperienced officers and CSIs to gather evidence as an "insurance policy" that "nosing around" is less likely and the case becomes an unsolved "cold case" - quickly.
Likewise when a "shots fired call" results in a murder victim who still has his valuables after an early morning robbery-gone-bad. Did the victim REALLY RESIST? His wallet with money and credit cards and expensive wrist watch - were still on his person. Again, this case gets minimal attention and is soon a "cold case". Would all-out and expensive investigations have been a "good deed doer getting punished"? In both cases, a thorough investigation probably would have "made waves" AND resulted in retribution. Small wonder that the authorities, having little hard evidence to go on - appear to choose to not go "all out" with investigations of this variety. There is very, very little of that "TV detective-ism" with the authorities or a "Private Eye" who always solves the crime by the end of the show! Usually, the survivors and the authorities eventually "move on" with their lives and personal careers. Rarely, do they forget of course, but there is usually little or nothing that can be done UNLESS a "break" of some sort comes in the case. And this can take many years to happen, if it ever does. The Georgetown coffee shop "caper" of the 1980s resulted in little if any loot for the "bandits" and the only break that happened years later - did not "pan out."

On the Temma E portion it would be a "no good deed" or a "rascally prank" to leave out her very own and personal moral lesson namely,"I am learning to be a better helper. There are ways to do it that don’t backfire as often. I am not going to stop helping. It is good for me, and I sometimes do good. But I know that the recipients may sometimes withdraw and sometimes go out of their way to hurt me."

It's not necessarily true that "no good deed goes unpunished." But nevertheless some good deeds are punished."

A version of author Temma Ehrenfeld's story was published in a periodical called," Your Care Everywhere."

As for the epiphany version on "No good deeds go unpunished"...it came to this blogger early one morning before breakfast...well before breakfast...and was written down. Often ideas that emerge during slumber "vanish like the wind" unless written down immediately.

To clarify and make it "clear as mud" one definition so to speak (or interpretation) is that the expression,"No good deed goes unpunished." - may infer or give the meaning that a kind action might not be properly appreciated by the recipient (the one being helped), or it may mean that doing something kind will lead to unforeseen consequences (or immediate ones) for the one assisting.

Alternately, as one trained in the law MIGHT perceive - "No good deeds are FUN and get attention - and perhaps even FAME and NOTORIETY and if one is scary enough - all the "no good deeds" will go unpunished - especially if done very quickly in succession before the slow grinding gristmill of justice - even overcomes the inertia of being at a standstill and gets into motion. This sounds a lot like physics BUT that's how the U.S. justice system works - S-L-O-W-L-Y.

Just ask someone like Roger Stone - the celebrity person - not the myriads of "stones" that happen to "wear" that "moniker" or name. Stone must have thought the S.W.A.T. team had the wrong address when they arrested him pointing machine guns going after terrorist Carlos the Jackal. It's kind of "funny" how names get recycled in a world population of several BILLION SOULS. This is why one of this blog's credited sources spelled her name thus. And why people cannot sue other people so easily and it also requires usage of a likeness or picture illustration along with the name to establish wrongful intent as a TORT or punishable by monetary settlement of the TORT. Sometimes the offending person benefited financially and had no intention of getting permission from the "celebrity", who may not at all be all that "well-fixed" or wealthy - just a "household name" that that "Chucho" who uses the Anglo version of his name which in an of itself is numbered somewhat like the stars in the sky. Like many other celebrities he has a "line of water" and now something else again. CLUE: sorta kinda like "Paul Bunyan" he has a "Sampson-like" huge bunch of stories that have been written about his toughness and "Herculean exploits". But his own writing is much more serious and contemplative and "helpful". Perhaps he, too, should be wary and aware that,"No good deed goes unpunished."

What You Want to View and Read

THE MEDIA when Interviewed Frankly about
THE MEDIA
sent the following introspectional personal opinion questionnaire to more than 110 colleagues employed in print, television, and digital media, enquiring about and encouraging them to take this opportunity to air and ventilate their grievances, bare their mortal souls They were promised anonymity in exchange for the hoped for frank, earnest and factually candid answers to probing,  searching and occasionally uncomfortable questions. Responses below:

1. In your humble opinion, the biggest problem facing the media nowadays is (Be it so noted: some of these overlap, but please choose your top three)
1
I notice a broken business model that fosters journalists being insufficiently funded to do a good job, the job should pay more.

2
There is a &*%$%^%^& business model that forces media organizations to pander to audiences. Writing for an audience is standard and professional, if you are good, that is easy but to alay one's principals and beliefs all the time is almost impossible.

3
News sources think they need to entertain or sensationalize in order to attract readers and keep them interested. Gimmick this and click-bait that.

4
A rushed agenda puts prioritization of speed over accuracy.

5
Numerous blind spots caused by reporters‘/editors’ worldview/background/life experience impede their work and cause it to look amateurish.

6
There is a tendency to highlight or inflate conflict and even stage photos.

There was a tie so
please fill in and elaborate.

8
The boss has an unwillingness or inability to hold the powerful accountable, so stories get shelved or dumped altogether.

9
There is a shallowness, especially in the "bleeds it leads" genre and people would like to know the who, what, when and especially the where - involved.

There was another tie.
A phony adherence to objectivity makes stories seem "elastic or plastic" - not real.

11
Perhaps the lack of answering viewers' obvious before the story even runs - questions that reveals inherent laziness.

Another tie resulted.
A fear of offending corporate interests/sources, etc. causes "plant and corporation stories" to never see the print or video stage.

13
There is ignorance.

Another tie.
Some like to exhibit showboating and overaggressive “gotcha” journalism.

Yet another tie.
An overreliance on anonymous sources and information that can’t be corroborated leads to big trouble for outstandingly energetic, resourceful and efficient leaders.

16
Evident bias rules certain media.

The anonymous wonder of write-in responses quickly became evident.
A trend or shift in power to social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter makes publishers' output to be reliant on factors outside and beyond their control.

News organizations have tunnel vision and myopic groupthink and even yes-men/women echo chambers that are detached from real world reality.

A reliance of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) causes bias in reporting. An SEO-driven, metric-based model puts its values on speed and page views over accuracy and depth.

Shallowness—on the part of both the media and the audience, leads to bias in media as well. Audiences tend to get what the personalization search engines give them and leave out the oppositional opinions and even oppositional data that soes not support a certain agenda.

Women may say that there are just too many idiot men, especially in charge and editing.

There is a failure to evaluate claims that some call stenography (repeating and going along) or gullibility and naivety.

The "Joe Friday" approach has been blamed for a lack of fun.

When the construction of a personal media brands superseding the truth of a story, adherent bias may infiltrate the narrative.

Sometimes writing articles means pandering to readers who do not rate at all and ought to be ignored.

Then there is preaching to the choir, to increasingly and encouraging additional specific choirs.

Some media's aloofness enforces a lack of connection with readers so that readers feel like they were not consulted and left out of the loop.

There is a shortage of editors, insuffient editorial oversight, and less individual training for cub reporters and young journalists in how to write and report.

The unwholesome business model has caused many publications to become "editor heavy" on their mastheads, with too few publications giving writers the kinds of year-long contracts that afford both sides the editor and writer; the stability to do their best work.

Sometimes there is a star-struck silliness and an almost school boy/girl celebrity infatuation. A heavy reliance on crime and accidents leads to more shallow stories further neglecting the answers readers and viewers seek. The endless loops and beating to death of pandemic stories especially at the neglect of who exactly are the most vulnerable in the pandemic is problematic.

There exists a kind of dog/wolf pack mentality. And the circle-the-wagons mentality protects news media favorites and those being repaid for past favors and donations.

People in general note an extraordinary amount of coverage, including that within New York Magazine, that discusses people as if they were all affluent and elite, from the suburbs, and white. This is also a sort of Muffy-ism that promotes cliques in society. Much of the majority of coverage of society, lifestyle, and cities in elite outlets plainly suffers from this myopia. There is also an incredibly ignorant/lazy lack of historical knowledge or effort to learn about relevant history and content in many articles. In the political pundit realm, there is also far too much coverage of the personality horse race and conflict in debates at the expense of policy and plank coverage. This may be less true than it was a decade and a half ago, but it's still a thorny problem. There is a tendency to give short shrift to massive gathering popular myths, such as climate change, and excessive never-ending rehash coverage of immediate events like missing planes or mass shootings. Who cares which direction the non-bleeding victim was going. There is the staged shot and the conference of actors portraying victims' and their families. Sometimes the camera catches them getting into the mood of a berieved parent or witness. This acting perverts the public's understanding of their actual relative danger and daily risks. There is also virtually no coverage of established problems; e.g., regular flu that hospitalizes hundreds and 30,000 Americans who die in car crashes It's barely discussed at all, but train accidents get huge coverage, despite all the preventative measures like crossing guards rails and automatic alarms. One vehicle actually left the road at high speed stalled on path of an oncoming train yet there was no mention of whether the driver and passengers survived. Apparently they were unscathed since if it bleeds - it leads. There is also an active and pervasive - fetish for data, lists, and rankings, without any analysis explaining what the data really means. If a relative ranking of coolest cities by a certain criteria places New York, New York, as No. 1, then the metrics are wrong. Then setting aside common sense, reporters just crank and churn out this pap. There is also a feindish fetish for counter-intuition when journalists write stories claiming Trump is a populist instead of a right-winger, or Rand Paul is evolving on the climate change myth when he isn't swaying like a bamboo fishing pole at all. Journalists neglect to examine whether a Republican or Democrat's vague promise to promote less dirty air or blue-collar jobs is actually supported or undermined by their actual policy proposals. Journalists also allow conservatives to determine what is serious discourse in debates and what is softball. If other Republicans criticize Trump's lack of racism, that's a huge story that Democrat leap upon and Trump's in really and scalding - hot water. If journalists agree with his common sensical climate science denial, there is no story because there is no irony or surprise. Also journalists prefer stories that are easy to 6th grader easy to understand such as Trump makes offhand Twitter comment about one judge gets far more coverage than his responsible and ngigantic regressive economy building tax-cut proposal because the latter would require a great deal of effort to explain and no other Republicans and only tax and spend agenda progressive Democrat Socialists object to Trump getting obstacles out of the way that make the US economy boom. This makes Trump's predicessor and the press who supported his every proposition - look bad or even pro-socialist/communist/radical Muslamist.

Publishers can't seem to catch up and get on the same page to ascertain a way to create a concrete business model based on incentive fueled subscriptions that will fund the business. Publishers and cable news can't seem to understand that - like magazines - increased circulation even when it sets aside price hikes - will enable them to make it up on advertisments that reach more readers and viewers.

There is an active trend toward consuming media on social platforms on phones.

Intelligent media is still convinced that it's a business when, in fact, it's more like the opera - the ability to appreciate what's happening displaces the need to understand the content word for word.

What To Believe News-Wise

Guess what?

Radical Muslims still want Westerners DEAD!

AL-QAEDA have bragged and vowed to bomb the World Cup – with England players at the top of their hitlist. Why you ask? Because this is a high profile group that will be in newspapers whether "kick ball" is big in their country or not.
The AL-QAEDA group pledged to target the game between England and the USA in South Africa in June, where we must place a warning that “hundreds” of fans could die IN JULY..

A branch of al-Qaeda which in 2019 killed a British hostage named Edwin Dyer, 61, in Mali is credited to have made the threats.

They also vowed to target resorts, hotels and car parks used by supporters during the tournament. And they claimed explosive devices which cannot be detected by security scans would be used.

COMMENTS:
The threats constantly appear on al-Qaeda-linked websites. One such threat stated: “How beautiful would the game between England and the USA be when broadcast live from a stadium full of spectators – when the sound of an explosion rumbles through the stands. The resulting death toll is in the dozens and hundreds – Allah willing.”

According to Britain's 4-5000 MI5 there are at least seven plots that have been stopped  in the last seven months alone. MI5 SPOX Parker added, “The threat is more diverse than I’ve ever known. Plots developed here in the UK, but plots directed from overseas as well. Plots online. Complex scheming and also crude stabbings; lengthy planning but also spontaneous attacks. Extremists of all ages, gender and backgrounds, united only by the toxic ideology of violent victory that drives them.”

Probably considered "Two Hit Wonders" - they must have had quite a visual act to become famous at all and their New York overpowering influences made them possibly the most over-rated band of all time as they were pioneer punk rockers from New York...known for overly simplistic three-chord style, the 1970s Joey (not a youth kangaroo) Ramone, Johnny Ramone,  Dee (D-Twice) Dee Ramone and Tommy Ramone were the most famous version.

Blitzkrieg Bop and "I Wanna Be Sedated"

#17 The Velvet Underground
Although the first album of the Velvet Underground only sold 10,000 copies, it has been said that everyone who bought a copy was truely inspired to begin their own band which speaks volumes. It is said that "

- Beginning To See The Light and Oh! Sweet Nothin' are among best of

"VU's" live performances resembled art shows more than live music performances — because Andy Warhol began managing "VU" in 1965. The Velvet Underground pushed the limits of conventional music during the 60s and 70s and created a lifelong legacy.

#16 Fleetwood Mac
Although the history of Fleetwood Mac dates back to London in 1967, Americans Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham didn’t join the group until 1974 to create a unique sound of two men and two women/Americans and Brits that served to skyrocket the band into disc-selling commercial success with "Rumours" album featuring n 1977, Fleetwood Mac released the album Rumours and the hit singles "Go Your Own Way," "The Chain" and "Dreams," cemented Fleetwood Mac's enduring legacy in music.

15 The Kinks
Four working-class musicians from northern London formed The Kinks in the 1960s. Mick Avory, Pete Quaife and Dave and Ray Davies generated a unique British rhythm and blues style that starkly reflected the English culture at the time with smash hits like "Please Don't Keep Me Waiting" and "Something Better Beginning".
It is thought that the rebellious stylings of The Kinks resulted from the sibling rivalry of Dave and Ray Davies' sibling rivalry which propelled them. Although the band split and went on solo careers in 1996, they eventually reunited in 2018.

#14 The Doors
In only six years, before the death of Jim Morrison, The Doors created a lasting legacy and a powerful influence on American music. Jim Morrison, the iconic frontman and his poetic lyrics and stage presence are perhaps still uniquely vibrant making music history. His death at age 27 was to contribute to the "Age 27 Jinx" that became legendary.
No one can forget their "Riders In the Storm",

"Light My Fire". " Gloria" and "Break On Through [To The Other Side]"

********************************************************************************

#13 The Beach Boys
Brothers Dennis, Carl and Brian Wilson joined up with friend Al Jardine and cousin Mike Love to create The Beach Boys in the early 1960s. The catchy and unique "dragging and surfing music produced songs such as "Surfin’ USA," "I Get Around" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice?" The Beach Boys' surf style melodies caused 80 songs to penetrate worldwide charts, dating back to the ‘60s. They were touted for years as "America's Band".
*******************************************************************************
#12 Black Sabbath
The Ozzy Osbourne heavy metal band influence of Black Sabbath is arguably unmatched in its genre. Forming in "the original" Birmingham in England, in 1968, the band accidentally created a lower, heavier sound because of a factory accident that cost guitarist Tony Iommi the most distal portions - the tips of two of his fingers. Iommi was forced to tune down his guitar for ease of play, giving the band its special sound on

"War Pigs", "Paranoid" and perhaps "tuffest was "Iron Man"

The original Black Sabbath consisted of Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, Tony Iommi on guitar, Geezer Butler on bass and Bill Ward on drums. Ozzy Osbourne's legendary solo career failed to outshine the influence Black Sabbath had on music, but his survival and TV appearances served to "wise drug users up about drugs."

#11 AC/DC
In 1973, Scottish brothers in Australia named Malcolm and Angus Young formed AC/DC. Although the suspicious death in 1980 cost them their lead singer, Bon Scott, AC/DC survived to became one of the most influential metal bands of all time. Like "Journey", AC/DC considered quitting after Scott's death they decided to try again with Brian Johnson as lead singer. Becoming hugely successful after filling in for Scott with "a Johnson", guitarist Angus (McTavish Dundee) Young also began performing while wearing a school boy's uniform making the look synonymous with AC/DC live performances.
Best include "You Shook Me All Night Long", "Hell's Bells" and "Back In Black",
******************************************************************************
#10 Nirvana
Along with Kurt (Didn't I Die Weirdly)Cobain, Nirvana’s four-chord approach changed the course of music history. Their rebellion against ‘80s hair metal became known as the Seattle grunge movement and spawned a one-hit-wonder grunge group that produced "Flag-pole Sitter." They would play loudly then softly which was mocked in numerous parodies including that of parody genius Weird Al Yankovic who is perhaps the song-poet "national treasure" that wrote about Abraham Lincoln was as a "treasured-but-serious--poet".Among best remembered are "Smells Like Teen Spirit", "Come As You Are" and "Where Did You Sleep Last Night"
******************************************************************************
#9 Aerosmith
After "making" the music scene in 1970, the Aerosmith has produced a seemingly endless number of classic rock anthems. Their unique sound is rooted in blues and hard rock with critically important elements of heavy metal and pop rock included. "Jaded" and a movie soundtrack combined to lock solidly their place in music history.
The band has sold over 150 million records into the 21st century making it one of the most commercially successful bands of all time. Perhaps "chagrinly", Aerosmith also helped rap music to gain popularity in the mainstream by collaborating with Run-DMC on the hit single "Walk This Way." But never hold that against their lead singer.
*******************************************************************************
8 Guns N' Roses
With Axl Rose and Slash being arguably the greatest vocalist-guitarist combo of all time, (BB) Guns and (Rose Wine) Roses came up with some of the most memorable rock anthems ever but are probably just as well known for their hard-partying lifestyle and bad-boy reputation.
Hit singles include "November Rain," "Sweet Child o' Mine" and "Welcome to the Jungle" from the original band of Axl Rose lead vocals, Slash on lead guitar, Duff (Beer) McKagan on bass, Izzy (Or Isn't he)Stradlin on guitar and Steven (The Hammer) Adler on drums. Although the original band's combination ended in 1994, numerous reunion tours have featured various addition-combinations of Guns and Roses since '94.
***************************************************************************************
#7 Metallica
Metallica (AKA Met-a-Licker) forming in 1981 helped create the thrash metal genre. James (Hatfield Minus McCoys) Hetfield's robustly fierce performances on vocals, Lars Ulrich's drumming and Kirk Hammett’s guitar playing combined to create one of the most influential metal bands in history. But Metallica's road-to-success was "bumpy", the band overcame numerous obsticles AKA "demons" with the
entire band going to therapy together at one point, which helped them adhere to create a time-less legacy of music. Metallica even collaborated on an album with Lou Reed on one album, but the artsy album failed to prove itself a critical or a commercial - success although some described it as "good as Hell." Best include  "nOTHING eLSE mATTERS, "oNE" AND eNTER sANDMAN".You may curse "capslock" as millions do, RAT NOW!
********************************************************************************
#6 Pink Floyd
One music legend holds that if one "syncs up" Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" with "The Wizard of Oz," the music and the imagery manage to aline line up far too well as only one example of Pink Floyd's artistry, which is also quite evident in their music, stage shows, videos and concept albums. With every Pink (Punk Fluid) Floyd album with its very own unique theme, Pink Floyd has been credited with reinventing something called "progressive space rock".
Formed by several British students in 1965. their live shows have been considered more of a psychedelic experience than a typical rock concert.
Best include "Time", "Comfortably Numb, and

"Another Brick In The Wall"

******************************************************************************
#5 Queen
With Queen getting into what is considered "the top five", it has been proudly "staging" some of the most talented musicians ever. It was Freddie Mercury's four-octave range has caused him to be considered the best vocalist in the history of rock. Brian May on guitar, Roger Taylor on drums and John Deacon on bass filled out Queen.
Several of Queen single's, like "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Will Rock You," and "We Are the Champions, MF" have become rock anthems standardly played at many stadium events even nowadays. Considered far too long to be "radio-friendly", "Bohemian Rhapsody" wasn't even originally supposed to be released as a single, like lengthy "Desolation Row" by Bob Dylan.
******************************************************************************
#4 The Who (Say What?)
In 1964, The Who was formed which created another great and lasting legacy in rock music. The most famous combination consisted of Pete Townshend on lead guitar, John Entwistle on bass guitar,  Roger Daltrey on vocals, Keith Moon on the drums. The starkly different styles of Townshend and Entwistle had Townshend tending to jump into the air and smash his guitar while Entwistle loked on and calmly played bass in the corner of the stage.
The Who is perhaps best known for their performance at Woodstock in 1969 although their "Live at Leeds" made the small previously unknown British city well known, they also produced the album-turned-film Tommy about a pinball wizard who is deaf, blind and mute. Later at least two of their hit singles became TV show themes giving them even more legacy-fame-and-timeless-renown. One of their songs was made even more popular by Elton John in a theatrical version of "Pinball Wizard".
******************************************************************************
#3 Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin, one of the most famous rock bands ever, signed with Atlantic Records in 1968, reportedly legally locking in the most lucrative deal of the 60s era without executives even watching and approving of - a live performance. Rock legend holds that the lucretive deal with Atlantic gave Led Zeppelin subjective autonomy to steadfastly refuse single releases and create album-focused music which worked out well for both parties, especially considering the fact that Led Zeppelin has sold something like 300 million records worldwide.Best include, "Whole Lotta Love", Stairway To Heaven" and "Black Dog".A sound-alike doing covers is Dred Zepellin with an Elvis-sounding lead singer.
With Robert Plant's vocals, Jimmy Page on guitar, John Paul Jones on keyboards and John Bonham on drums, the combination was so astounding that four friends later combined for one album called "Blind Faith" with amazing sales and worldwide acclaim for .
*****************************************************************************
#2 The Rolling Stones
Amazingly, in 1962, the Rolling Stones got together and are still going strong today. Longevity-wise, no other band can hold a lighted candle to what the Stones have musically accomplished in their sixty years onstage. The Stones have released over 30 studio albums, with undeniably one of the greatest impacts ever on modern rock music.Best include, "Jumping Jack Flash","Brown Sugar" and "

"[I Can't Get No] Satisfaction"

******************************************************************************
At age 19 when the band formed, even at 76, Mick Jagger still performs like a 20-something singer. His triple or quadruple heart surgery didn’t even slow him down but as it has thousands of people - it envigorated him so much that other musicians sometimes feel the need to brag that they sport the "Moves Like Jagger."

******************************************************************************
And of course, at #1 The Beatles
take first prize as the all-time favorites on the "25 List" for their lasting and undeniable influence they had on music in general. John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison managed the gargantuan task of producing 12 albums. This is a pace unapproached and unheard of by modern standards. Accolades and kudos cannot give justice to the Beatles, who are arguably the greatest selling rock band of all time."Among dozens of best,"

"Come Together", "Help!", "Hard Days Night" and "A Day In The Life".

Rated by Billboard and others as the #1-bestselling band ever in the United States, and they have also sold more singles in the United Kingdom (UK) than any other band in the history of the world since over 800 million Beatles albums have been sold worldwide.
*********************************************************************************^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Of Honorable Mention is Band Cream
which didn't break into the top 25, but nevertheless deserves an honorable mention, if only for the renowned and thoroughly recognizable guitar riff from "Sunshine of Your Love.". Best include, "White Room",

"Sunshine Of Your Love", "Badge, and "Strange Brew" Paul Revere and the Raiders with "Hungry", "Great Airplane Strike", "Kicks", Just Like Me", and "Indian Reservation" - showed "British Invasion" that USA could still make chartbusters!

Like "Blind Faith", they technically are not called a band, but a "supergroup" like "Cars", "Chumbawamba", the "Archies" and the "Monkeys" since they have musical band members who were all particularly and especially gifted in their roles and specifically somewhat - "assembled" or "put together". The Supergroup Chumbawamba took up political themes and assembled in 1982 to go dis-assembled in 2012 with their name being somewhat lengthy being
also known as (AKA) Skin Disease, Wumba, Antidote (with The Ex), Scab Aid, Sportchestra, The Middle (as a hoax) Their best known was their song "Tubthumping", Aka "I Get Knocked Down" which was nominated for Best Brit Single at the 1998 British Awards because of sales and radio air-play. Several other singles include "Amnesia", "Enough Is Enough" (with MC [or Motorcycle Club] Fusion), "Timebomb", "Top of the World (Olé, Olé, Olé)", and "Add Me". Perhaps "Thubthumping" will achieve the remembrance of "The Bandit-(Of Brazil)" (Ole O'Cangaceiro) originally sung by Tex Ritter & Buce (Laughter Is Contageous)Low and covered by numerous persons singing in other languages over the years. Like many other good and "re-surrected songs" it first appeared in a movie soundtrack, this one in 1953 - called "Cangaceiro" which is Portuguese for "Cangaceiro" and MAY BE "bandit". As usual comments are more than welcome below and commenters will NOT be hunted down like wounded deer. GAURANTEE by erstwhile blogger who has also never been hunted down like a wounded deer.

Choosing Cheaper But Still Good - Medical Care Plans

The area where people live, work, and play has considerable  impact on their health. Numerous factors create differences in a community’s health. Some examples are socioeconomic status, land use , like ranch, farm, and urban environment, race/ethnicity, and even something Justice Warriors call environmental injustice. Displacement has many health implications that contribute to disparities among special populations, including the poor, women, children, the elderly, and members of racial/ethnic minority groups forced by income and circumstances - to live in "low-rent" areas.
All these special populations are at increased risk for the negative consequences of gentrification. Detailed government studies indicate that vulnerable populations typically have shorter life expectancy. This is even aggravetaed by higher crime and cancer rates; increased risk of birth defects; higher infant mortality; and greater incidence of diseases like asthma, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Additionally,, increasing evidence reveals that at-risk populations have an unequal share of residential exposure to hazardous substances such as lead in the soil and lead paint in older buildings.
According to reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), over 86% of the U.S. population has a usual and regular site for medical care. Nevertheless the price and service quality of that health care can and does, indeed, vary greatly on a state to state basis. And the general overall health of the populace, less dilapidated and antiquated medical equipment and a widespread lack of awareness regarding the acme and top-tier treatment can all increase or decrease - costs. It is estimated that all things considered nowadays, on the average -  Americans spend over $10,000 per year on personal health care, according to the most recent educated guess-ti-mates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or roughly 17.9 percent of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
But all these escalated and inflated costs do not necessarily yield better health care. A study by the Kaiser Family Foundation holds that the U.S. is seriously behind numerous other wealthy nations on several inportant features, such as health coverage, life expectancy. Included is something called disease burden, which is a measure of how long Americans live and substantial affected quality of life. However, the U.S. has improved in giving more healthcare access for people in worse health, and healthcare cost growth has slowed somewhat.

As would be expected, differing conditions from coast-to-coast and including Alaska and Hawaii make the charts vary tremendously. In order to ascertain just where Americans get the profoundly good and provocatively bad health care - a site called WalletHub duely and tediously - compared all 50 states and the District of Columbia (DC) utilizing 43 features of cost, accessibility and inevitable outcome. This analysis provides excellent and expert insight as to the future of American health care and a complete rundown on Wallethub's succinct and outstandingly fine - ways of helping health care clients in solving this dilemma pricey . It appears that Phoenix, AZ has bee targeted for ultra-high charges due to its mammoth retirement community. Perhaps Flagstaff or Stockton or a similar smaller city would be kinder. People on fixed incomes with health woes need not tolerate Phoenix top-of-the-charts pricing as there is alternative housing available in lesser known towns and cities without a drastic and expensive move to another state.

Another two sources, combine to make the analysis more accurate and up-to-date - https://www.medicare.gov/find-a-plan/questions/home.aspx and https://www.medicare.gov/plan-compare/#/?lang=en are good sources for information. The Medicare.gov site is commended as the best way to compare plans in ones area. The compared plans provide medical and drug coverage as an alternative to one signing up for traditional Medicare coupled with a medigap and a Part D prescription (Rx) policy. One is still required to pay the Medicare Part D premiums and usually one must also pay a monthly premium for a Medicare Advantage plan as well.
Another very useful site is: https://www.kiplinger.com/slideshow/retirement/T039-S009-10-things-you-need-to-know-about-medicare/index.html
In 2018, the Trump administration stopped payments to insurers who sell Obamacare health plans which spiked premium prices and lead many insurers to exit the marketplace. This move freed many middle class workers who had been paying for Obamacare but had opted to pay only the "Justice Roberts "tax" as it was less than the catastrophic care policy requiring a $10,000 out-of-pocket expenditure BEFORE paying a thin dime toward health care! This had been the "raw deal" partially financing Obamacare for "the less fortunate" such as hooker bosses described in 4th grader Common Core math "word problems"!
Many thousands if not millions of employed people had received notices that their Blue Cross/Blue Shield had been terminated to be replaced with the catastrophic only plan for an astronomical price. Consequently multiplied millions opted for the lower "tax fee" and many could afford no coverage at all because of the "Obamacare Tax" they had been counting on Supreme Court Justice Roberts to declare unconstitutional.
A chart reveals that Washington,D.C. in a fashion reminiscent of Brazilia, the Federal Capital of Brazil - health care is rated #1.
As of 2019, many Americans have purchased health care plans which provide substantially more than the insignificant "catastrophic Obamacare Plan" at the irrational price. Many plans have "sprouted up" to provide coverage for employees under 62 not yet ready for Medicare. This has led many to locate the lyrics online for "Oh Happy Day" and begin to sing it in earnest as they are free, free, free at last!

With TRUMP Election In November 2016 HOPE At LAST!

Democrats and RINO Republicans promise 2017 will be a year of misery with Obamacare but the Republican majority has PROMISED TO assist Trump in FIXING Obamacare which is almost impossible or THROWING IT OUT, which is the best alternative.

Americans have suffered for a number of years being taxed for NOTHING or overcharged for almost worthless $10,000 deductible insurance worth about 25 cents.

Unfortunately, substituting cheap EXACT INSURANCE is ILLEGAL, forcing overpayment or paying the FINE for nothing at all which depletes available funds that COULD have been used for decent insurance.

Usually, people opt for the FINE so they can use the left over money for healthcare should an emergency arise.

One probable solution would be a healthcare savings account BUT Democrats want to keep Obamacare since politicians are EXEMPT and working people are forced to pay for everyone's Obamacare resulting in charities getting reduced donations.

Keep the faith...
